Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed in the order they are received.
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
During high‑volume seasons (such as Carnival, holidays, or special launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

We are always happy to assist with information needed for your claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Warm Weather Shipping

Some products may soften or melt during warm weather. This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, place the product in a cool area or refrigerator to allow it to firm back up.
